2 Sigma Solutions LLP is a joint venture between Ogale Group and Proenergy
Resources Pvt. Ltd. Both the companies have rich experience of more than 40 and
30 years respectively in the field of Alcohol/Ethanol Distilleries, downstream alcohol
derivatives, Power Plants, Process Plants, Chemical Plants and Chemical
Derivatives.
2 Sigma was set up with the purpose of enhancing the JV’s domain expertise and
experience for the markets in India and overseas. Thus furthering the synergy by
concentrating on the EPC for Process Plants, Cogeneration Plants and Ethanol
Plants in particular.
Core Competence
Our core competence is providing Engineering Procurement and Construction services for
the applications like Distillery, Dehydration, , Evaporation, Bio CNG, Zero Liquid Discharge,
Solvent Recovery System, Water Treatment, R & D Projects and Cogeneration Projects.

Promoter Directors
Chandrashekhar Ogale
A mechanical engineer by profession has executed more than a 100 systems integration
projects and more than 22 Cogeneration Plants in his work tenure of more than 40 years in
the engineering, procurement and construction space and has set up various projects in
India and overseas.
Kiran Thombre
A chemical engineer by profession with an working experience of more than 30 years, has
set up various grain, molasses based distilleries, chemical derivate plants (alcohol based).
He has vast experience of design, engineering, installation and commissioning and
integrating of various feed stock based ethanol plants and alcohol based downstream
chemical plants. Has successfully completed more than 80 plants/projects in India &
overseas.
